The Agency EEO Officer serves as a neutral resource responsible for ensuring compliance with EEO laws and policies.

The EEO Officer:

• Provides guidance on EEO laws, policies, and procedures.
• Receives and processes EEO complaints.
• Conducts or coordinates investigations.
• Ensures complaints are handled in a timely and impartial manner.
• Advises agency leadership on compliance and risk mitigation.
• Monitors trends and recommends corrective action where needed.
• Coordinates required EEO training and reporting.

The EEO Officer does not advocate for either party but works to ensure fairness, compliance, and due process.
