Agency Reports

Discrimination Complaint and Grievance Resolution Report
State agencies are required to submit the Discrimination Complaint and Grievance Resolution Report on a semi-annual basis. These reports provide an overview of discrimination complaints and grievance resolutions during each reporting period.

Agencies must submit two reports each year:
First Semi-Annual Report: Covers the reporting period of January 1 through June 30.
Second Semi-Annual Report: Covers the reporting period of July 1 through December 31.
