Employees who are considering filing an EEO complaint or appeal may contact the Office of Workforce Engagement (OWE) for confidential consultation.

OWE staff can:

• Listen to your concerns
• Explain relevant EEO laws and state policies
• Discuss available resolution options
• Explain the complaint and appeals process
• Refer you to other appropriate state or federal agencies, if applicable

Consultations are informational and intended to help employees understand their options.
