Conflict of Interest Complaint

You may file directly with OWE only if you are alleging discrimination by:

• The Agency Director
• The HR Director
• The Agency EEO Officer

Conflict of Interest complaints must be filed within 180 calendar days of the last alleged discriminatory act.

OWE does not accept mailed or paper forms. All complaints must be submitted online.

Then:

1. Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
2. Select the protected category (basis) for your claim.
3. Provide a brief statement including:
   • A timeline of events
   • The names and job titles of individuals involved
   • The protected category you believe applies
   • A summary of the facts supporting your claim
4. Sign the form electronically.

After submission, no further action is required unless contacted by OWE.
