The Office of Workforce Engagement (OWE) provides consultation services to agencies to help build sustainable, compliant, and effective EEO processes. Our support includes:

• EEO Process Development: Guidance on designing and maintaining a fair and consistent EEO program
• Compliance Support: Assistance with adherence to federal and state EEO laws, Executive Orders, and DHRM policies
• Investigation Support: Guidance for conducting investigations, reviewing documentation, and ensuring procedural integrity
• EEO Education & Training: Assistance with employee and supervisor training, awareness programs, and professional development
