HR Shared Services Center

The mission of the Department of Human Resource Management (DHRM)’s Shared Services Center is to provide customized human resource services to agencies at a lower cost than those typically provided by in-house staff. The Center serves 16 agencies with over 700 salaried and wage employees.

A standard Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) establishes the level of service to be provided to each client of the Shared Services Center.
