National OneTouchPoint, Inc., Breach May Impact Commonwealth Plan Members
OneTouchPoint, Inc., an Anthem vendor, has informed DHRM of a data breach on its computer systems. Social Security numbers and financial information were not impacted. See the OneTouchPoint noticeAnthem member notice and information provided to state agencies.

Governor Issues New Telework Policy
Governor Youngkin has announced that employees in the Executive Branch will return to the workplace on July 5, and that a revision to the Telework Policy will be effective on that date. See updated Telework PolicyTelework FAQs and the Standard Telework Agreement.


IRS 1095 Forms Mailed in January

The Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) requires state agencies to report their non-Medicare retiree financial liability for post-employment benefits other than pensions (OPEB).

Health plan members now have a new resource for state health benefits information. The 12-page "Getting to Know Your Benefits" booklet contains the latest health plan choices, health programs and contact information.

Celebrating the Governor's Honor Award Winners!
Governor Northam hosted the Governor's Honor Awards on September 15 in a ceremony outside the Executive Mansion. Congratulations to the 2021 recipients, and also the 2020 winners who were also honored at the event!   

State Employees Receive Raises

Governor and First Lady Recognize Long Serving Employees
In a video message, 158 employees from Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads were honored who have served the Commonwealth for 40, 45, 50 and 55 or more years. The recognition was done virtually to protect employee health and safety.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Grace Period Added for 2019 – 2020 Plan Year
In an effort to meet the needs of state employees during these extraordinary times, the Commonwealth has added a one-time grace period to the 2019-2020 FSAs that will extend the period to incur claims until October 31, 2020.

Final 2020-21 Health Care Premiums Announced
The Department of Human Resource Management is pleased to announce that final 2020-21 health plan premiums effective July 1, 2020, will remain the same as for the current year.

Capitol Square Healthcare Offers Virtual Visits
