Welcome to the Commonwealth of Virginia Learning Management Center (COVLC) Contact Us for Help page. The COVLC is a platform used by over 300 Virginia State Government agencies to provide learning content to State government employees. Note some State agencies also provide learning content to their external (non-state employee (local government) and other constituents).  Please read the information below to help guide you to a Domain COVLC Administrator for assistance from the State government agency applicable to the training you are seeking. Scroll through the list of agencies below and click the State agency's name to send an email requesting assistance.

If you are a Virginia State Government employee, click the link in the list below for your agency to get assistance from your COVLC Domain Administrator.  For all non-State Government users, click the link below if you know the State Government Agency/Institution/organization that provides the training you need. Ask whoever directed you to take the training If you are not sure of the agency you should select.  Note some examples include:

1. ICS courses offered by VDEM (Virginia Dept of Emergency Management),
2. DSP Supervisor training offered by DBHDS (Dept of Behavioral Health and Dev Svc),
3. ISP; ISRM and UAI training offered by DSS (Virginia Dept of Social Services)
4. RADD, RSVP, STAP, and MART training offered by ABC (Dept of Alcohol Beverage Control)
5. IRMS training offered by TAX (Virginia Dept of Taxation)
6. FOIA training offered by DLAS (Division of Legislative Services)
7. Building code training, DCHD (Dept of Community Housing Dev/VA Building Code Academy)
8. Weights and Measurements training , OWM (VDACS - VA Dept of Agriculture and Conservation Services/Office of Weights and Measures Services)
9. VRS training offered by VRS (Virginia Retirement System)

Login Assistance. Note, password reset is a self-service function. Click the link for forgot login ID if you aren't sure of it and then click forgot password (NOTE THE TEMPORARY PASSWORD BECOMES YOUR CURRENT PASSWORD).  Check your SPAM folder if the response does not show up in your inbox.  Note passwords are case sensitive and if you copy and paste the password be sure NOT to copy any blank spaces. Also, if you made multiple requests only the last response to your request will work.
