During Open Enrollment each year, you may make health plan changes or enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Submit your actions using Cardinal HCM. You may also complete an enrollment form and submit it to your Benefits Administrator. No action is required if you have no health plan-related changes, are not enrolling in an FSA, or do not plan to participate in Premium Rewards.
