Reports Due April 1, 2008
On April 1, 2008, Executive Order 94 (05) reports of agency goals and strategies to reduce lost time are due to the Virginia Retirement System and to the DHRM Office of Workers’ Compensation. Below are the tools and information to assist with the reporting process.

Completing EWPs to reflect position physical demands
A PowerPoint presentation has been developed as a tool to train your supervisors to meet the mandates of Executive Order 94(05), specifically to "ensure that job expectations are clearly defined in the employee work profile to include physical requirements." When using this presentation, please save both the PowerPoint presentation and video file on your hard drive, as we would like for you to have this as a reference. A physical demands worksheet is provided as an additional tool that you may use to document the physical requirements of a position. It is important to note that it is not necessary to complete individual worksheets when positions have the same core responsibilities. As an example, if you have ten buildings and grounds personnel and each has the same core responsibilities, you may use the same physical demands worksheet for each of the ten Employee Work Profiles, rather than completing an individual worksheet for each.
