All training-related activities (enrollment, cancellations, etc.) for DHRM courses are processed through the Commonwealth of Virginia Knowledge Center (CoVKC) web portal.
If you are a first-time user or have not already registered, we encourage you to do so since you must register in order to use the Knowledge Center. (Please see instructions). If you are a registered user in the CoVKC, go directly to the CoVKC portal or you may log in to the KC through your agency's portal, if appropriate.

SHRM Certification Course
Keep in mind that DHRM offers the study course, CRAM class and all materials. Registration and payment for the exam must be done through SHRM/HRCI and is a separate fee and registration process.
