Unique Role Codes
Because of the number of unique role codes, a non-classified option has been added to the roles titles list. Use the non-classified role code for unique roles or ungraded pay bands. List the appropriate working title to identify the role.
Applicant Status
A drop down menu has been added to the Applicant Status field to list the hire date and notes.
A column has been added to the EEO Report Applicant List called "reason/notes." This column will show whatever is typed in for notes when the applicant's status changes.
The RMS site has been updated with the following 4 applicant statuses:
- Declined Interview
- Declined Offer
- Invited to Additional Interview
- Not Qualified
Search Results
The following updates have been made to the search results that an applicant sees when searching postings:

Job Close Date
Pay Band
Job Type
Location
Agency
Location Search Options
Additional locations have been added to the search options:
Chantilly
Edinburgh
Luray
Verona
Open Date
From the applicant's view, the "Open Date" has been removed from the search results.
E-Notification Non-Selection Letters
Activation of the e-notification feature so that non-selection letters can be sent electronically to candidates that were interviewed and not selected for positions. This feature will eliminate the need for mailing letters to candidates who have e-mail addresses. Letters will still have to be mailed to candidates without e-mail addresses.
State Field
Change the State field on the application to a drop down (e.g. "VA - Virginia").
