Conflict of Interest Training Reminder

During the DHRM Legislative Update in May, Sara Wilson discussed House and Senate Bills that require agencies to provide training for the Conflict of Interest Training Act. This training is required for all persons subject to filing disclosure statements, including board members and certain employees

As required by this legislation, the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) prepared course materials which are posted on the OAG web site at

The information includes a power-point presentation, a course outline and other information, all of which may be downloaded.
