CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Registration cancellations must be received in writing no later than October 16, 2009
• Cancellations may be sent by e-mail to hrconference@dhrm.virginia.gov.
• Registration fee is non-refundable for cancellations received after October 16, 2009.
