Try the EZ Reimburse MasterCard to receive quick and convenient reimbursement for Medical flexible reimbursement account (FRA) expenses! Applying is easy.  If you enroll in a Medical FRA due to a qualifying event, just complete and fax the EZ Reimburse MasterCard Card enrollment form to Fringe Benefits Management Company (FBMC) at the number provided on the form.
