EEO Consultation and Technical Assistance

Equal employment opportunity is an integral component of effective human resource management. This is particularly evident given that the relevant federal employment laws cover all privileges and conditions of employment. As such, the Office of Equal Employment and Dispute Resolution (OEEDR) is available to conduct EEO compliance reviews and targeted evaluations of agencies' personnel practices. Also, OEEDR is available to provide consultant services to assist agencies' compliance with relevant employment laws in the daily application of personnel policy and procedures, and the investigation and resolution of complaints of unlawful discrimination.
